Walking distance to Love Park, great service. When we had an issue with the shower not working, it was fixed within 30 minutes.

Great location for Public Transit particularly trains to and from the airport. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Not a great deal of choice for breakfast nevertheless it was well presented and delicious. Helpful restaurant staff

I loved everything about out this grand hotel. It’s conveniently located with beautiful decor that takes you back to a level of Hollywood glamour and luxury that many new hotels can’t understand. The staff was amazing and I enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This hotel is located in City Centre and the Museum District. Very walkable and safe location. The staff was outstanding in assisting with any questions. The room was well appointed, my husband and I liked our accommodations.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the metro station. There were places to eat and a small supermarket nearby

The front desk clerks were extremely pleasant and helpful. Also, the front doormen and parking attendants were courteous and helpful.

The staff was pleasant, food was great, valet was nice as well. My room view was the hotel atrium, which was a little different. It didn't provide as much sunlight as I'd prefer; however, it was a one night stay, so all was well.
