The staff was pleasant, food was great, valet was nice as well. My room view was the hotel atrium, which was a little different. It didn't provide as much sunlight as I'd prefer; however, it was a one night stay, so all was well.

our flight was cancelled and then the next day when we actually did arrive it was very delayed. We actually missed a day of our stay and called and were given a refund for the missed day (thank you). Additionally, because we arrived so late, we were able to get a late check out that met our needs. The overnight front desk worker was extremely conscientious and helpful after what was a very arduous travel day for us.

The check-in was a breeze the front desk staff could not be any nicer. The place was perfectly centered around everything we were trying to do. The courtyard was beautiful. Just a really cool old building with a lot of modern touches.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to let our car sit, and walk to all attractions. The staff was personable and responded to our requests quickly. I loved the fact that the building was an old YMCA!
